1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 95jili ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 95jili online gaming platform accessible at https://95jili.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the 95jili website, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

95jili operates under the regulatory supervision and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted through the Platform must comply with Philippine gaming laws, PAGCOR regulations, and the specific terms outlined in this Agreement. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration and User Obligations

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 95jili, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by 95jili for violation of these Terms.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering with 95jili, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and valid government-issued identification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

95jili reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment methods, and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to: government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within the last three months), and proof of payment method (bank account screenshot or e-wallet verification).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or permanent closure. All withdrawals and bonuses will be withheld until verification is successfully completed. 95jili employs industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and underage gambling.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 95jili account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party or allow another person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify 95jili customer support via live chat or email. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized activity. However, 95jili shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

2.4 One Account Per User Policy

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account with 95jili. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 95jili detects that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately without prior notice.
• Void all bets, winnings, and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.
• Confiscate any funds deposited or won through duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban you from accessing the 95jili platform.
• Report fraudulent activity to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

95jili supports multiple deposit methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ, direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (twenty Philippine pesos), and the maximum deposit varies depending on your payment method and account verification level.

All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. 95jili does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees. You are responsible for any third-party charges incurred when depositing funds into your account.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money used is legally yours, obtained through legitimate means, and not derived from any illegal activity. 95jili complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws and reserves the right to reject deposits, freeze accounts, or report suspicious transactions to regulatory authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your 95jili account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, and the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱500,000, subject to adjustment based on your VIP level and account history.

95jili processes withdrawal requests within 2 to 4 hours during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Philippine Time). Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or if additional verification is required. Withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), depending on the method used for your most recent deposit.

95jili does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount or ₱50, whichever is higher. VIP members may be eligible for unlimited free withdrawals depending on their loyalty tier.

All withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method and account used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If you wish to withdraw using a different method, you must provide additional verification documents and receive prior approval from 95jili compliance team.

3.3 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request can be approved. For example, if you deposit ₱1,000 without claiming any bonus, you must place bets totaling at least ₱1,000 before withdrawing. Deposits made with an active bonus are subject to separate bonus wagering requirements as outlined in Section 4.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

95jili offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Bonuses are available only to verified accounts and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Each bonus is limited to one per user, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 95jili are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements). Wagering requirements determine how many times you must wager the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Standard wagering requirements for 95jili bonuses are typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, if you receive a ₱100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling ₱2,000 before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame (usually 7 to 30 days), or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots and arcade games typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Always check the specific bonus terms before playing.

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture and Cancellation

95jili reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and reclaim bonus funds at any time if we determine that the bonus has been abused, wagering requirements have been violated, or the bonus was issued in error. Common reasons for bonus forfeiture include:

• Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements.

Violation of any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, bonuses, and winnings), and potential legal action. 95jili reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, void bets, and report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials available on the 95jili platform are the exclusive property of 95jili or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or software from the Platform without prior written consent from 95jili. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

95jili provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or malicious software. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 95jili disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data loss, or system downtime.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 95jili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 95jili services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the above, 95jili reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or violation of intellectual property rights.

10. Amendments and Contact Information

95jili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
